At Wynhollow Creations, every item is handcrafted with care. Because our products are made to order and often customized, we want to ensure our policies are fair, transparent, and easy to understand. Please review the guidelines below for returns, refunds, and order issues.
Return
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Requirements:
• Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
• A receipt or order confirmation (email is fine) must be provided and must include the order number
• Item must be shipped back within the 30‑day window to qualify for a full refund
Non‑Returnable Items:
• Personalized or custom items
• Digital downloads
• Sale or clearance items
Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Refund Timeline:
• Please allow up to 3-5 business days for processing after the refund is issued
Refunds Cannot Be Issued For:
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse or improper handling
• Items returned without prior approval
Damaged, Incorrect, and Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or the wrong item was sent, please notify us within 30 days of delivery.
What We Need:
• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging
If the wrong item was sent, it must be returned to us. We will reimburse shipping costs and send the correct item at no additional charge.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.
Exchange Requirements:
• Item must be unused, undamaged, and returned to us first
• Customers may exchange for another item of equal value
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Exchange is processed once the returned item is received and inspected
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that window, materials may already be in use and cancellation may not be possible.
